We believe art is for everyone. Our studio is designed to be welcoming and accessible to artists of all abilities.

Physical access

  • Ground‑floor studio with step‑free entry from the parking lot.
  • Doorways are at least 36 inches wide to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids.
  • Accessible restroom with grab bars, lowered sink, and emergency pull cord.
  • Adjustable‑height work tables and pottery wheels available upon request.
  • Service animals are always welcome.

Sensory & learning accommodations

  • Noise‑reducing headphones available for use during classes.
  • Fidget tools and textured clay samples for tactile exploration.
  • Quiet corner with soft seating for breaks — no questions asked.
  • Instructors trained in clear, step‑by‑step verbal instruction; written or visual guides available on request.
  • Lighting is warm and diffused; no fluorescent overheads.

Vision & hearing

  • Large‑print class materials and labels available with 48 hours' notice.
  • High‑contrast signage throughout the studio.
  • Written transcripts of any audio content provided on request.
  • Staff members comfortable communicating via written notes or basic ASL — please let us know how we can best communicate with you.
